Chef Ed Ottati created a menu inspired by the Italian food that we love and that has become an important piece of Swedish food culture.

We like food. When the quality of the ingredients is at the center the food taste at its best. Meat, vegetables and fish comes utmost from selected farms and small scale producers in Sweden and Italy.

In the restaurant we serve our stone owen baked pizza that you also can grab for take away. We keep the owen hot until 01.00 every day except Sunday to Tuesday when Taverna Brillo closes at midnight.
